An AI voice assistant that sets up your meetings.
It talks with people on your booking link, by voice and in their language. It finds out what they need, checks it against what you do, and books only the ones you can help. Then it comes into the meeting with you as a private companion that tells you what to say next, keeps your goals in front of you and emails you the recap.
Your voice assistant sets up the meeting
The first conversation with someone new is the one most of us put off. Your assistant takes it for you, by voice or a short form, in whatever language they speak.
It screens people for you
It asks what they need, your own questions, the timeline and a rough budget, then checks it against what you actually do. A good fit gets booked. Anything else gets a kind no, and never reaches your calendar.
Only your open times
Say when you are free in plain words, like "until 4 today, tomorrow 11 to 4", or connect your calendar. People only see times that are really open, and the booking lands on both calendars.
Meeting booked: Dana Ruiz · Thu 2:00 PM
You walk in with a brief
Before every meeting you get a short note: who it is, what they need, what they use today and what to clear up. No more going in cold.
Your companion in the meeting
The meeting happens right in the browser, on a phone or a computer, and your assistant comes with you. Nothing to install, no Zoom, no phone tag.
Dana: we type everything in twice...
You: how many forms a day?
Dana: maybe forty on a busy day.
Dana: and the doctor hates the mistakes.
- What they use today
- Who signs off on new software
- A next step and a date
Help you can see, and they can't
Your assistant listens, keeps your goals in front of you and tracks what is still open. Stuck? One tap gives you a line to say out loud. Let it speak, and it asks the client a quick question for you.
Meet and share screens
Up to four people, video or voice. Anyone can share their screen, like Zoom.
A waiting room
Guests watch your intro video until you let them in. Turn it on or off.
Record when you want
Saved to your own device. Everyone sees a sign while it runs.
Recap: your meeting with Dana
A recap in your email
What was agreed, who owes what, and a follow-up you can send.
Train it on what you do
Two minutes. Tell it about your business in a few sentences, or paste your website, and it learns who you help, what to ask and what you want from every meeting.
Your objectives, not a script
You decide what a good fit looks like, the questions it must ask and what you want out of every meeting. It screens callers against your rules and brings your goals into the room. Change any of it whenever you like.
Yours, all the way
Your link, your look, your rules, and your own AI accounts, so nobody marks up your usage.
Spam can't reach you
Only people who confirm their email can talk to your assistant.

Why people use it
- Fewer wasted meetings. Your assistant screens first, so your calendar fills with people you can actually help.
- You never walk in cold. A short brief lands before every meeting, and your goals are on screen when it starts.
- Calls stop feeling heavy. If talking on the phone drains you, a quiet companion that knows what to say next changes how the whole call feels.
- Their language, their time zone. It talks to callers in the language they speak and offers times in their own clock.
- The follow-up actually happens. The recap says what was agreed and who owes what, with a follow-up you can send.
- One link does all of it. Booking, screening, the meeting room, recording and the recap live behind meetingup.app/yourname.
Not another scheduling link
A scheduling link shows your calendar to anybody who finds it. A video app gives you a room and leaves you on your own once you are in it. MeetingUp does both jobs, and an AI assistant handles everything around them.

Questions
Do the people I meet need an account?
No. They tap your link, confirm their email with a code, and meet you in their browser.
What do I need to set it up?
An OpenAI key for the live assistant and recaps. An ElevenLabs key is optional, for the voice booking assistant. The setup page checks both for you.
How do I train the assistant?
In your dashboard, tell it what you do in a few sentences or paste your website. It drafts who you help, who is not a fit, the questions to ask and your goals for every meeting. Change anything, tap Save, and it works that way from the next caller on.
Is every meeting recorded?
Only when you press Record, and everyone in the meeting sees that it is on. The file saves to your own device.
What does the AI cost on top?
You pay OpenAI and ElevenLabs for what you use. A voice booking runs roughly 10 to 30 cents, and the live assistant about a cent or two a minute.
Is it really one payment?
Yes. You pay once and MeetingUp is yours for life, with no monthly or yearly charge. The only other cost is the AI you use, paid straight to OpenAI and ElevenLabs.
